You are welcome. Take a look at his first concerto also. (Shaham does an excellent work here. Avoid the guy on Naxos, he has a few difficulties with some double stop passages in harmonics)

An easy one to identify - How Bizarre!
Thanks Manuel for identifying the piece. I've just spend an hour trying to figure out where, when and why I procured this piece and saved it in my computers' library! So bizarre.
I've never even heard of Wieniawski. When you mentioned Heifetz I thought, "Aha - probably downloaded it from a collection of his pieces" But I can't find in any of my sources a version by Heifetz! Oh well at least I know what it is. Thanks again,
Jim

There's a classical piece i been trying to find for a while now, i asked many people so far but nobody has been able to ID it for me yet. Supposedly it's early Mendelssohn but i'm not too sure, i put the clip on zshare (should start playing as soon as the window opens, you don't even need to download it) and thanks alot if anyone can reply!

That doesn't seem to be classical at all. It's what I call Power Point Pink Music.

So much for INTELLIGENT assistance.

It’s perhaps useless, but it’s right and funny.

Sorry for my first post. It was late at night at I was acting obnoxiously.
Lets see... I think what you have there is a piano piece from a suite composed by Stanislav Moniuszko.
hhmmm...
...
...
Well, no. It isn't. It's a simple piano work used in a Flash presentation. If it isn't any derivation from a popular song (non classical), it can be just a silly piece written by an average guy using Sibelius. My point is this isn't part of the classic repertoire at all, you may want to check at other forums. Or run a Google search for pink midi piano music.

Ignore Manuel, he doesn't know what he's talking about. It's Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata!
Joking...

I got it!
I run a Google search for “music to calm the babies” and I got your song.
Thank you. It may be useful.

Brandenburg Concertos and What Else?!
I downloaded the 6 Brandenburg concertos the other day (2 Cd's worth); and at the end of the second CD there were 6 pieces added on. Since all movements of the 6 Brandenburg Concertos are there ... what might these other pieces be that they tacked on?!
Hopefully somebody out there can search in Emusic.com and identify them.
Thanks,
Jim

hello everyone!
in one of my cds there is a Leo Delibes piece, the title is "Festtanz Und Studenwalzer" unfortunately it's in German I know that it belongs to Coppelia, but that's all I know. I'd like to know the English title for this piece.
I hope there are some German speaking users around. I'll be very happy to know the title, thank you in advance.
