That's from Prokofiev's music for Alexander Nevsky. That's from the Battle on the Ice movement.

Default Music from The Sopranos pilot

For those of you that havent seen it the TV series The Sopranos is really good for all kinds of music including classical.

For those of you that own it or have seen it i have a question.

There is one scene in the very first episode (the pilot) where Tony is out side at the BBQ and the ducks that live in his swimming pool fly away this is shortly followed by him collapsing. While he is at the BBq and camera is going between him and the ducks a very lovely piece of music is playing but i cant, through all my research identify it.

This is a youtube vid of the scene with the music, skip into the clip to about 2mins 20sec.

Any and all feebback is appreciated.

Thank you.

It could be "Sposa son disprezzata" by Vivaldi, performed by Cecilia Bartoli.

Default Music piece ID

Good day. I got this bit from a travelling show called Lonely Planet, and I was wondering if it has a name or something like that, as I really like it.

Thanks in advance.

"Song to the Moon" from the opera "Rusalka" by Antonin Dvorak. One of the most beautiful arias ever written.

I am familiar with that piece, but can't remember it. I think it is by Debussy, and will do some research on it. Check back occasionally--if I find it, I will post here.

Sorry, it is Faure (close to Debussy). It is from "The Dolly Suite", the Berceuse. http://youtube.com/watch?v=QcNHP12m-_g

There is this popular piece that I have heard on many different occasions, in different medias. I cannot find the artist responsible (nor the title, obviously) for this song, despite knowing that it was played in ''Bad Santa'' - It's not on the soundtrack list. So, if anyone would like to be helpful and click this link that shows the clip of the movie with this song and identify it for me, I'd appreciate it:

It ends around the 15th second, and no, it's not ''Holly jolly'', lol.

My apologies, I didn't see the thread dedicated to all questions until after the post.
