Hi!
I was wondering if anyone could identify that song that I will link below. Unfortunately it is only 10 seconds long.

Thanks.
This is the Passepied from the Suite Bergamasque by Claude Debussy.

I just enjoyed a few pieces of Victor Borge on YouTube, which reminds me of something I've seen like many years ago on TV:

A (I think) German performer (like Victor Borge) who does a persiflage on cello playing, using only his voice and gradually adding more and more "cello tries to play chords" sounds to it.
I didn't play the cello myself yet in those days and already laughed so hard I still remember.

Who knows this piece, knows where/how to enjoy it?

I have about 20 minutes of this mystery music that I recorded off the radio over ten years ago. The tape ran out before the end. I've tried several forums hoping someone can name it but so far it remains a big mystery.

It's dramatic, atmospheric music for orchestra, sounds 20th century, and at one point an organ booms in and plays for a few minutes.

Many thanks for taking a listen to these samples. I can add more if requested.

No idea, but it sounds (s)he listened a lot to Shostakovitch and Lutoslawski and could be interested in writing some filmscores

I'm curious too!

Question romantic spanish style

hi

i once searched for 4 classical pieces from the romantic period, spanish flavoured style.
2 pieces have been identified: rimsky-korsakov - capriccio espagnol and bizet - carmen / sarasate - carmen fantasy.
i have tried to recreate some of the most marquant melodies of the other pieces with some
syntheziers. here are the samples, i hope anyone has any clues for me.

spanish 01.mp3 - 0.55MB
spanish 02.mp3 - 0.83MB

thx in advance

They were both composed by Georges Bizet, they are part of his opera L'Arlesienne.

Never mind that. Where can I find complete classical synth music I know you must have produced?

Before you purests out there start coughing and harumphing - remember that your nervous system runs on electricity.

The only orchestral pieces I see are Adagio for Strings & Star Wars Theme.
