Thank you. Who has produced a good version of this. I've heard some versions used commercially that sounded a little more rich and modern (without changing the music itself) than the samples I've searched out trying to find a CD.

It's the rondo, although it's not the name of the movement as such. It's more to do with the type/tempo of the movement itself. In the case of some symphonies, the tempo may change within the movement itself, starting out slow, then a waltz-like part, and then fast, and so on.
