Default Trailer music

Hi, again,

I know I've posted this some time earlier, but I've had no luck finding what I was looking for, the music playing over this IMAX trailer http://www.apple.com/trailers/imax/imaxdeepsea3d/hd/ is what I'am eager to find. Earlier someone told me it was the music from the LOTR2 trailer, but now I've watched like 5 of them, and I cant seem to find it.

So I would be very thankful if someone could tell me who made this music, It seems there are three different tunes in the trailer. PLEASE help. Thx

Nicklas - Denmark

That definitely is not LOTR, although there is a motive at the beginning that is rhythmically and harmonically similar.

Very likely the music is composed directly for the film and not taken from an outside source.

Default Two Pieces Of Music (Bach and other)

I am trying to identify two particular segments of music. I have uploaded the .mp3 files for your review. By the way, the web site that I utilized is very simple and uncomplicated compared to all of the other web sites that exist. You can review this link:

The one titled "Bach-Aria.mp3" sounds like Bach - "Air on the G String" (Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D Major).

The one titled "Ave Maria.mp3" sounds like Schubert - Ave Maria.

Hmm, well the music for the film is composed by Danny Elfman, but the score is not available for purchase anywhere. And it's probably not the music he made used in the trailer.

Anyone?

HELP!

I don't think it's necessary for me to download it now...

Hello!
I found a very interesting excerpt of a classical orchestral piece
in Monty Python Flying Circus sketch shows. It's very intensive
and has a peculiar chord progression. I have uploaded
it to http://www.ut.ee/~hwy/melody.mp3
could you please listen and try to identify it?
Thanks!

It could be Sousa's Liberty Bell March, if Wikipedia is to be believed.

Thanks for answering, but the clip I have extracted is not the signature melody
of Monty Python, but it has appeared inside the sketch shows themselves,
when there is a link to the next sketch or whenever.
Pretty hard to guess maybe, because the clip is also very short.
But I would really appreciate if someone would know what is it!

Default Help about Beethoven piece

Hi there,

I'm requesting your help one more time. Here is a link to a 10 seconds abstract from a documentary about Beethoven on the BBC. It is very likely the coda from one of his piano sonatas. In the documentary, it is played on the fortepiano by his friend the Archduke Rudolph.

http://www.liorana.dkserver.dk/chose...ven_sonata.mp3

I would really appreciate if anyone could identify which sonata that is. Thanks in advance!

I'm not able to open the file. It says the contents indicate that it's HTML rather than mp3. I'm using Linux, but I have all necessary stuff installed to play mp3.

P.S. I didn't save the link you posted. I went to the site and downloaded the "mp3."

Default New link

Well it's a rapidshare file, it says HTML because it leads to the page where the file is hosted. I don't think you can download it if you bypass their stupid method of waiting a minute.

Here's a direct link to the file located on a private server. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the posting the direct link. But I must confess that I don't know that piece. Sorry.
