Question Where to post about cello concerti?

When I see "Please use instrument specific forums for concertos and choral/orchestral works." as the subtext on the Orchestral Music over-forum it makes me think that it is not the place to post about a cello concerto, so where is?

Strings subforum under Instruments and Technique. As you can see, Cello is mentioned there, and while that subforum often talks more about technique, there are numerous threads about concerti as well.

Thank you. From the titles of the categories of over-forums seems like a cello concerto thread belongs more with "Music & Repertoire" than with "Instrument & Technique". And, more specificaly, it seems like it would belong precisely in the Orchestral Music over-forum, seeing as how most concerti are orchestral works, but whatever. I will, despite my qualm, go along with the community established etiquette for such matters.

If it's a recording, there is another option.

You have a point. If you want to post about cello concerti in the Music & Repertoire / Orchestral Music forum, I don't think people would have a problem with that.
