Thread: Help finding a piece of music

Hello All,
I wonder if somebody could identify the piece of music in this clip from youtube.

It's taken from newswipe on BBC4,
I'm afraid there's some swearing in the clip so please be aware, but i would be very grateful if anyone could identify either the piece of music or the composer.
