    Hi Joen,

Great to meet you! Well I looked up the Russian website and there was nothing on Levitin there at all

I listen to mostly Eastern European/Russian string quartets - I have virtually nothing other than string quartets in my collection lol. I do like the Polish composers after Szymanowski (Tansman; Bacewicz, Baird; Brudowicz; etc) and the 20th century repertoire as well as the Russian/USSR guys (Myaskovsky, Shebalin, Taneyev, Shostakovich). Szymanski's 5 pieces for string quartet is too short but very satisfying (Brodsky Quartet).

If you're interested, I'd be more than happy - I have most of my stuff on CD or LP (but haven't learnt how to copy from LP yet...!)

    Kind regards,

    Rob
