Megan.nich.93, I think most people on this board will agree that music is not classical. At best it may be by some new-agey classicalish composer like Ludovico Einaudi . I kind of suspect it's one of two things:
1) Someone's rendition of a melancholy, Db-dorian pop song on piano by ear
2) Someone noodling modal arpeggios (broken chords) without a particular piece in mind.
I suspect it's 1), especially since you say it's important to you. Anything you can help with the context I bet would be helpful.
