    Default Larger Font ??

Could I ask a favour from admin?. Would it be possible to set the font size default at #2. I am not in the flush of youth and find reading long posts a real strain. I have now begun to copy and paste and then enlarge on my PC don’t laugh! it’s a real pain. Cheers Andante

I will have a look and see if it is possible without destroying the layout of the site. In the meantime may I recommend you increase the font size in the browser itself. Easiest done in Firefox (View > Text size > increase), for some reason I can't get Internet Explorer 6 to resize the text.

I have now increased the default font size from size 11 to size 12, with a noticeable overall increase in readability. If anyone experience problems with this change please do let me know in this thread. Note that this will not affect posts where the poster has set a custom size using the editor.

Much better. Thank you. It should be good in the interests of preventing eye-strain.

Thanks Andante and Topaz. I'm glad you like the change, I too feel it's a definite improvement.
