    Default View count

Is the view count only by registered/logged in members of the forum? Just curious...

I'll guess that this is either a difficult or unworthy question.

"View" count is anybody, registered or not registered who has viewed the thread/post. This forum, with the exception of Area51, is fully viewable by anyone or anything ... "anything" is best defined as search engine bots who scour the site for their indexing purposes. "Anyone" can be like "guests" (unregistered) viewing the forum.

Sorry for the late reply - I am on a road trip and don't always have an internet connection.

Thanks, this answer helps me give an accurate response to something I was asked by a non-member about something I posted.
