Default Music from Civilisation- can anyone help?

    Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum so thanks for taking the time to read this!

I have just finished re-watching the series 'Civilisation' by Kenneth Clark which is, I know, something of an oldie and have had two pieces of music stuck in my head for days!

The first is from episode 7 " Grandeur and Obedience" and overlays Clark talking about the approach to St Peters in room from about 34 minutes onwards http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=...ture=endscreen
If I remember correctly it is by Monteverdi but have no idea what the piece is called.

The second is right at the end of episode 6 "Protest and Communication" just after the graveyard scene from Hamlet from about 48 minutes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVvpf_2GZnM and is, I assume, Elizabethan.

If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful!

    Thanks

That should be St Peter's in Rome!
