Just for the record, and with all due respect to Richard Addinsell, he was only responsible for the main theme, the "whole" being completed and fully orchestrated by a very talented and much neglected composer and arranger, Douglas Gamley

Did you know? Richard Addinsell's real name was F. L. Chipperfield, and he served as a navigator in 619 Squadron during the Second World War. Serving under his real name, F/O Chipperfield flew on the infamous Nuremberg Raid of March 1944, a fascinating book (by Martin Middlebrook) about which happens to mention him (p.77), which is how come I know.
    Interesting, huh?

Not too sure about that bit of info S&F, Grove gives his full name as Richard Stewart Addinsell, no mention of any other names, nor any mention of RAF service, either before or during WW2. There's also that fact that at 40 years old he would have been far too old for aircrew.

Cross-posting (ie. posting the same basic content in many threads/topics simultaneously) is generally considered poor etiquette.
The Warsaw Concerto is a lovely piece of music however.

Looking at the various posts from this source, I would call self promotion and blatant advertising rather more than poor etiquette!!!

Mr Addinsell would surely have been most gratified at the number of times his name has appeared in one location in such a short period of time!! Perhaps he would be forgiven if he suspected an ulterior motive lurked somewhere between these lines.

I`m sorry for the incovinient, and i guess you are all right. Even so, i`ve been having so diferent feedback in the variouse forums and diferent chat rooms about this concerto (not only in classical music forum) such as (Cinema, adult begginer that want a easy score wich i`ve provided, people wanting the score that i`ve played, wanting the socore of willy hautvast arrengment for piano and concert band) that i try to get to. Everyone as it`s preferences in a Forum and ask me for diferent things in the diferent subjects. Also the model of the piano wich i`m playing (a Yamaha CF) was in discusion.

I`m realy sorry for any incovinient.

Perhaps the mods could merge all those threads.

I don't remember the film. I remember reading many references to that youtube video, though.

It does seem dubious, now that I search more widely; the only source that states it is Martin Middlebrook's 'The Nuremberg Raid' (1973). It seems possible that Middlebrook may have made a research error. You never know, though.
