Now I get this message every time I post:

PHP Warning: mysqli_query(): (HY000/144): Table './talkclassical/searchcore_text' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed in ..../includes/class_core.php on line 1386

    Database error

This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 29 seconds.

And this when I press post after the required interval:

Now it is virtually impossible for me to post at all. I get error messages all the time, and when at last posted, the posts are not displayed in the forum.

At the moment I am unable to see my post in this thread. I posted some hours ago about recurrent posting problems, and I have received a like from another TC'er, so some are able to see my post. Nor can I see if somebody has reacted to my post.

As a developer, unless you are using a CDN, generally it is a very bad idea to request files externally from other domains due to many issues such as hijacked scripts to CORS requests and more.

It's a lot easier for everyone to keep the requests the page loads from the same site serving it.

    What a mess...

After I posted this message, I get greeted with the below item. I told them I could help and fix many areas of this site but they do nothing. At some point, people will get fed up and leave. :\

After three days where I could not access the site at all, I tried the double backslash trick, and it worked. But also navigating is becoming more and more difficult. It is extremely slow, and I am thrown off very often.

Over the last few days, instead of logging every passing note on Current Listening, I took stock of my life and decided to improve it. I was more productive at work; I repaired relations with estranged friends and relatives; I exercised and improved my diet.

    It was misery.

It could be worse. You could be in Middlesbrough.

This would be a browser issue on your smartphone. Your phone must also be able to receive/store cookies from this site in order for work properly.

I rarely use my phone for the internet but last night (1.00am BST, I was in bed) there was something I wanted to check on TC. However all I could get was:

    ‘SSL connection error.
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server or it may be requiring a client authenticatication certificate that you don’t have.’

All other sites were fine. It’s still there this morning but TC is perfectly normal on my iPad and laptop. I’m somewhat technologically challenged and have no idea what it means! Any suggestions, please? Thanks.

Some issues that may cause a SSL error (code 107)

    1. Incorrect time and date on phone.
    2. SSL certificate has been expired.
    3. The certificate is not issued by a trusted certificate authority.
    4. The certificate is not installed correctly.
    5. Page contains both insecure http:// and secure https:// content.

Did your try going to the bottom of the page (on our site) and select one of the mobile styles?
