I can't identify it precisely, but I suspect it's from a mid-late Baroque cantata, oratorio or similar. My guess is one of the big three: Bach, Vivaldi or Handel.

Sounds earlier to me: Monteverdi, Tallis or Byrd.

Monteverdi is a good call, but I doubt it'll prove to be Tallis or Byrd.

I would have guessed Heinrich Schütz. All of his peices sound alike to me though --all good, but alike.

Sounds like German early baroque to me. Schütz or his contemporaries Scheidt and Schein, etc. Possibly Praetorius. Not older than Hassler. There seems to be some sort of continuo accompaniment, which makes me think it's probably not that old.

However, because of the Reformation most of these composers' church music is in German, but at the end of your clip you can hear "cum Sancto Spiritu in gloria Dei Patris", which is the last 'line' from a Latin Gloria, either as part of a mass or a standalone Gloria. It's not that they never wrote to Latin texts, but for obvious reasons those things tend to not be from the Roman Mass. At least there doesn't seem to be much to find.. There are people like the Gabrielis who stylistically aren't always that far away, but it doesn't seem quite right to me. It just sounds very Schütz-like.

That's what I got so far, time for bed.
