    Default Celtic Bagpipe piece

I would like to know if someone could identify this bagpipe music. It might be a well known piece or simply generic royalty free stock music but i have no idea. Also if anyone is able to recognise this tune I would be grateful if they have any idea if it is from a certain marching band/orchestral CD or record that was released. I would like to know because I would like to have a better full quality version of this music.

I'm a piper myself, but I do not recognize this music. I was really hoping I could be of more help.

I can say that this is an older recording, made sometime before 1970, probably. The style of drumming back in those days was more simple (as it is on this recording) than it tends to be nowadays. Modern pipe bands, military or civilian, have much more complex playing these days.

Well I don't recognize the tunes (there are at least 3) but I guess that this is the Massed Pipes and Drums of the The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards or The Black Watch recorded on a cell phone at the Edinburgh Tatoo quite recently. As David suggests you could try a specialist site but there are literally hundreds of these collections so it wll be difficult to find this exact one. If you are intersted in this kind of music and just want more of the same you should search for: massed-pipes-and-drums on google or youtube.
