Default Classical music used in Fleetwood Mac's Searching for Madge from Then Play On (1969)

Can anyone identify the piece of Classical Music used by Fleetwood Mac in the track Searching for Madge? Listen from 5:30 to 6:10.

I think it may be Vaughan Williams, judging by its sound and feel. It's believed that Peter Green, Fleetwood Mac's leader at the time was a fan of VW as well, so that would fit.

If anyone could identify where it's from that would be great. This has bothered me for years, and no-one has come up with a definitive answer.

I don't hear anything in that which reminds me of anything I know by RVW, it certainly isn't from any of his better known works.

Sounds like Vaughan Williams fifth symphony, final movement as it gently fades away.
