Default Need advice about ordering CD's on-line

I'm thinking about ordering some cd's from a company called
'Premiere Opera'. They have a good selection, but their low prices and somewhat cheesy website makes me a little suspicious.

    http://www.premiereopera.com/

Has anyone here done business with these people? Is their product genuine or will I end up with a handful of crappy home burned cd's with photocopied inserts?

    Thanks

I prefer Amazon. I have used them for a long time and never had problems getting the music I want!!

I've never done business with them, but the website does look shoddy.

They show no images of their CDs.

Their top 3 rated CDs have been rated by 3, 1 and 1 reviewer, respectively.

    Colour me skeptical.

They are all bootlegs recorded by private persons or long lost DVD from major companies.
No covers, just a white paper with the name on it.

What Pugg says. They do have some things that are impossible to get anywhere else, but seems they may also be selling stuff that should be purchased from commercial release. Little info available on their site on quality etc.

I bought the Beverly Sills Barber of Seville from them as have a VHS (not commercially offered on DVD) and it was convenient to get it on DVD without having to pay $25+ for some company to make a transfer for me.

“Then he will also say to those on the left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels!'" Matthew 25:41 (Christian Standard Bible)
