    Default Hello all

My name is Roger, I am long time classical music lover, I worked in that branch all my life. Now I am retired and have more time on my hands, love opera and well almost anything, not to modern though.
Nice meeting you and hope the fame I've got from the net about this forum is true .

    Hi Roger,

Sounds like your the right man for this site, there are plenty of Opera buffs here.
Just I'm not one of them its modern for me, so I guess I can't interest you in the some Varese by chance................

    Cheers
    Eddie

Pugg needs to start posting again. The absence is driving me crazy.

It's like a big hole in the site.

Welcome, Roger! It's good to have new, passionate voices in these forums.

No one is under obligation to post here, but I do hope Pugg is doing fine and just taking a holiday or something.

Hi Dogen, I am free at last, retired so I can do the whole day what ever suits me, meaning all the collecting from all those years are
paying off, so I can listen as much as I like. And yes I do like it here, besides the so called jokers on this site, but hey that's 2018 for you, my grandchildren always saying: granddad never argue on the internet course nobody's is winning.

I live on the border between Holland (passport) and Belgium, that will be my backyard so to speak.
    And you are from?
