    Default Introducing myself

Hi everyone! I'm from Peru and I really love music, but I nreally never was introduced to classical music, but i really love to find new music that makes me wonder how could I live without hearing this before and I have to admit that classical music has surprised me in an unexpected way. I kow I'll enjoy the journey. By the way, is there any thread about recomendatons?

PD: I have a recommendation. I found this by mistake, I have not stopped hearing it!

Hi. Welcome to TC. You will learn so much from this thread. Once you start classical music, you won't be able to stop. I have always dipped in and out but took it up seriously four years ago. Didn't realise there is more than just lustening to it.

Think to start with, any Beethoven, Tchaikovsky though my favourite two are Brahms and Schumann.

Well looking forward to see how you get on

Welcome to Talk Classical by another Spanish speaker, DRose. There is a thread about Heinrich Biber that offers reccomendations by other users. However, if you are interested about recordings you should (not compulsory) use the Solo and Chamber music section (for this work you have posted), the Orchestral section, Religious music section, Opera on CD and DVD if you need to, or by default the whole Recorded Music and Publications section for generic threads about the recording market. I hope you find it useful and don't hesitate to ask more if you need to.
