Smile Help me identifying these classical melodies =)

    Good afternoon,

I wonder if any of you could help me identifying this excerpts of classical music songs (they are not actual songs, but synthesized pieces). All I may know are the possible composers (but I'm not 100% sure if they are who I think):

    Thanks in advance!

I'll just pick off the low-hanging fruit.
The Haydn Maybe is the second movement to Haydn's Symphony No. 94.
No Idea 1 is Chopin's Prelude in A Major, Op. 28, No. 7
No Idea Again is Sunrise, Sunset from Fiddler on the Roof.

    Other straightforward ones:
Beethoven (maybe) is the Beethoven Minuet in G
Mozart (maybe) is the first movement of his Piano Sonata in A, K.331
and the Grieg one is surely Grieg, I just can't place it.

Thank you to all of you for your wisdom and great knowledge of classical music! The answers seems to match the actual music in all the cases, according to Youtube

I've corrected the name of the files you guessed correctly. I wonder if you could help me identifying some more songs whose name I don't know (but not all of them are classical). Let me explain: I came here looking for help, because in another forum (I won't write here its URL, since it may be viewed as spam) we are trying to name all the music extracted from a certain videogame, which happen to be filled with some classical music and a lot of pop and nursery rhymes songs. We were able to identify almost all, but about five dozens of songs still remain unknown for us.

Of course, I wish to somehow credit you in the original thread/project, if you ask for it, as a kind of acknowledgement for helping us.

Would you allow me to upload here the rest of the tunes, classical or not, in order to finish our project with your help?

The possible Edvard Grieg sounds to me more like... Mendelssohn's Midsummer Night's Dream. Best wishes in your identifications.

Thanks for catching that. I knew it was the Minuet in G; I just couldn't remember the composer. And the Mozart was another of those "I know what it is, I just can't remember what it is" things.

    Thanks! Which movement or part?

I´VE UPLOADED SOME MORE TUNES, but not only classical music excerpts. They belong to the project I metioned on post #5. I've removed the ones already identified. I hope you can help me identifying these new tunes!
