Welcome to talk classical, ludwigvan. Do you have favourite operas? And how do you listen to music?

Sing when you shave? You've got something, sir! When I shave, big tunes from big symphonies come into my head involuntarily. Sometimes I cannot identify that tune and it takes me hours to find out what it is. Haha. Anyway, please enjoy your stay here!

a great souvenir I was at Paris Opera for La boheme de Puccini in the 70's d with Placido Domingo and you know as his girl mimidies he sings a beautiful solo ; and this genius has made all the public cry including me ; can you imagine ?

I listen music with my new stereo Rotel and it is great because now with a computer and bluetooth you can obtain a perfect transmission of the sound from every radio in the world

Hi and a belated welcome to TC. Only just seen your post. Seen that you like Bach. I do too, especially violin concertos. Do you like Brahms and Schumann? Well. Looking forward to seeing more posts
