    Unable to replicate "error".

    Testing ... ...

After posting the video runs correctly.

    A few things to try:

    1) clear your browser cache - that is, dump any/all cookies, and then restart the browser.

    2) does the same thing happen using a different browser?

    3) what method are you using to access the site when viewing videos? Phone? iPad? Smartphone?

    4) please provide a link to the post where this error occurred so that we can check this out from our side.

    Thank You

This seems to be an intermentant problem. I made a post and the first time i tried to play it, it worked. Then I tried to play it again it said, "Video unavailable".

I tried to play it several times in Microsoft Edge and it worked each time. Normally, I use FF.

Please post this problem if it happens to classical videos. I seem to have gotten this on non-classical videos.

I use FF exclusively ... never any problems viewing videos. Of course I also routinely flush my browser of cookies, history, and such at least every week. An old stale cookie from improperly logging out of TC could be the culprit.

[Improperly - means clicking on the red X at the top right of screen. Doing so will not remove the cookies the site loads]
