Last week I was at St Paul's Cathedral in London where I caught the organist practicing on the organ in the crypt. I wish I knew the name of this piece. Attached is a short clip of it that I pirated on my cell phone. Thanks!
Yes, it's the middle section of Mozart's Fantasia in F Minor (also called Adagio and Allegro in F minor) for a mechanical organ, K. 594. Interestingly (IMO) his other Fantasia for mechanical organ - K. 608 - is also in F minor.
