    Default the 50th tier

We're picking some works to promote from the 50th tier of the Talk Classical community's favorite and most highly recommended works.

Based on the results of our voting, we'll move about 20 of these works up to the 49th tier; any works that get significantly more votes will move on up to the 48th tier. (All works will have a chance to continue climbing next time we do whatever tier they land on.)

Each participant gets gets as many +1 votes as you want. You can also have as many +2 votes as you want--but fewer than the number of +1 votes. For example, if you have five +1 votes, you can have no more than four +2 votes. Then you can also have as many +3 votes as you want--but fewer than the number of +2 votes. And so on, up to +5, which is the highest vote you can give a work.

Voting on this thread will be open 5 days.

I will tally the votes on a Google sheet.

Have fun! Also, please be considerate! Someone, hopefully, will be influenced by our selections!

Here are the eligible works for this thread:

I can`t believe how poor the Beethoven Sonata is doing! Just listen to the slow movement, it is a precursor to the grand Adagio from the Hammerklavier I believe.

    5 hours to go.

Looks like I have room in my vote to add a +2 for Beethoven's 7th sonata, so I'll do that.
