Default the 8th tier - ends Aug 31 KST

We're picking some works to promote from from the 8th tier of the Talk Classical community's favorite and most highly recommended works.

We'll move 4 of these works up to the 7th tier. In the event of ties, we will promote as near to 4 as possible.

Have fun! Also, please be considerate! Someone, hopefully, will be influenced by our selections!
