Default This Johann Strauss II piece

I must say I really like this one! What is the whole artwork? I'm quite familiar with Richard Strauss, but not the other too; anything you would recommend for me? Do you think I'll like them? They're considered Romantic, right? It just happened to be my favorite period in Classical music...

Some light and popular music. If you like it, you might want to try Strauss Jr.'s operas as well.

What is the general style (not just period) of Johann Strauss I and II? Some more suggestions? Some other Romantic composers I like include Tchaikovsky, Mendelssohn, Chopin, and I'm getting into Offenbach and Brahms recently as well; do you think I like the two Strauss's as well?

If you like Tchaikovsky, Chopin and Mendelssohn, you might be interested in piano music of Sergei Bortkiewicz, symphonies and overtures by Zygmunt Noskowski, symphonies, overtures and other compositions by Alexander Glazunov, and especially symphonies and smaller works by Antonin Dvorak.

I don't know that much about Strausses. Only their most popular works, which I have sent you.
