Default What piece are you studying to conduct right now

I claim this forum in the name of all conductors (deus lo vult )

I'm studying Janacek's Idyll for strings (even though this piece doesn't REALLy require a conductor)
    Beethoven Symphony #1

I'm not a conducting student in the conventional sense either (I learn from what I see and hear as of yet), but I have been studying Sibelius' Tapiola in some sense for a good while now.

Mozart Requiem (backup/educational study), Siegfried Idyll, Barber: Adagio for Strings. That's all in this season.
