Default Help identifying a romantic-sounding symphonic work

Can anyone help me ID this clip? The stormy cymbal crash crescendo-decrescendo and theme remind me of Berlioz or maybe a 19th-cent. Italian composer. Not really sure. Sorry I don't have a longer sample. Any help appreciated.

It sounds like an orchestration of a famous Chopin piece, just before the "big tune" comes back..but I can't recall what piece
