Default April Madness - Round 1, Bracket D

Here is Bracket D for the 1st round of our April Madness tournament.

TC April Madness - Bracket D.png

Here are the basic rules for voting:

    1. Add 2 points to your favorite composer in each match up on the board. If you have no preference add 1 point to both (do NOT refrain from voting in any match up just because you don't like either composer or don't have a preference).

    2. Each bracket will last 48 hours after the initial board is posted. Every participant may vote 1 time per their day, up to a maximum of 2 times in any bracket.

    3. I will hold off on voting on the 2nd day until the very end to break any ties/prevent any new ties.

Voting for this Round/Bracket will end in 48 hours at approximately 6:30 AM US Central Time on 4/9.

The Mozart/Mussorgsky pairing is particularly tough for me. A couple of works by Mussorgsky are particular favorites, but then his output was much more limited. In his brief but very prolific life Mozart put out a great deal of great music. I do tend to favor romantic era over classical era works however so I will be a contrarian here and vote against Mozart! Sorry Amadeus!
