Default Ring Operas, favorites not from complete Ring cycles

So we are looking at individual operas of Wagner's Ring and what are some of the best recordings of each opera that are not part of a complete Ring cycle. I'll toss this one out for starters:
“The media’s the most powerful entity on Earth. They have the power to make the innocent look guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the mind of the masses.”
    --Malcolm X

That's the cover on my CDs - I didn't know it was also released on Naxos.

Leinsdorf seems like a very underrated Wagner conductor. Nilsson, London and Vickers are superb.

Simon Rattle's Rheingold with the Bavarian RSO. When I included it in my blind Ring listening it received some very strongly positive reviews especially regarding the orchestra and conducting.

Desired but cost prohibitive, or that is to say the cost exceeds my desire at this time. Maybe if I give it a listen (clips or You Tube) that might change.

I streamed it because I didn't fancy paying he asking price. It's a rather good addition to the Ring discography. I will also try his Die Walküre

This one, Die Walküre, previously unknown to me, is exquisitely cast and has the best Siegmund I’ve ever heard. I got it from operapassion.com and it’s also available at opera depot.com
The sound is good (a broadcast).

I bought this one after seeing it discussed in another thread. Definitely a worthwhile performance.

Wagner was actually there, pitching in!!!!!!
When all else fails, listen to Thick as a Brick.

I went looking for that set in my house today and it's nowhere to be seen!!! Bought it on 1st December 2013 and paid £23 - it has almost doubled in price, so I need to redouble my effort and find it, I can't afford not to!!!!

    But there are singers.

Here ya go, but you probably won't recognize any of them.

If you don't find it, someone might toss it in an estate sale pile someday or worse in the circular file! Might anyway, even if you do find it, unless you sell it first.

I am afraid many of us are doomed to have our music collections some day violated.

Thanks! I do recognize some names, but none tempt to add another Ring to my collection.

I hesitate to even throw out any of my Callas collection, not wanting to see her recordings in the bin, so I even went so far to put a notice on Craigslist that it’d be free to the first comer, but that they had to take ALL CDs (it was her whole EMI oeuvre.
