Default A Game of Spanish and Asian Themed Works (Selection Thread)

This game was recommended in part by advokat and haziz. There is a twist to it. The Spanish themed works must come from non-Spanish composers, and the exotic/Asian works from non-Asian composers.

    Selection Rules:

    1. You may vote once daily.

    2. When you vote, you will have up to 2 selections to make, and they must be from 2 different composers.

    3. The maximum number of selections per composer is 5.

    My picks for today:

Griffes - The Pleasure Dome of Kubla Khan
    Ravel - Rapsodie espagnole

    Question

Can we submit 2 Spanish or 2 Asian? Or must this be 1 Spanish + 1 Asian simultaneously?

    Lightbulb

Iran (& Persia) is considered to be in Western Asia, so here are my initial candidates:

    Cowell - Persian Set
    Koechlin - Les heures persanes

... and if music by such as Henry Cowell or Lou Harrison doesn't get nominated in this thread, then they aren't going to win in any other game.
