Can anyone help me identify this composer of this orchestral piece?

I have been trying to find information on this piece but I'm unsure of the name of the composer. I know this is a great forum for information so I'm sure someone has idea were I can find information on this piece.

Sounds like something from a TV commercial that I have heard.

Isn't classical I'm fairly sure, only the intro seems to be there anyway.

The begining sound like a Brasilian famous "Carnival's morning" song.

Sorry for the short intro piece but thats the only audio file I have. Please keep the suggestions coming

It sounds like 'trailer music'. It will be hard work but you could trawl through the massive amounts people like X-Ray Dog churn out.
