Question Can anyone tell me the name of this piece?

Hello everyone! I came across a solo piano piece by chance that was buried in my hard drive. Long story short, I was drawn to it the moment I heard the chords playing, and so wished to find a higher quality recording. But the problem you see, is that the file is unnamed (actually it's named "02", but that's no help), so I couldn't decipher who the composer or the artist was, much less the actual title of the track. This has been bugging me for quite a few days now, which in turn promoted me to register an account on this forum and hopefully acquire an answer from the experts.

Oh, I've also attached a link to the file (just a section, not the full track), hope you guys don't mind!

Link 2 is the Revolutionary Etude by Chopin. Its technical name is Etude Op. 10, No. 12.

    Thanks a bunch!

Also, I believe I didn't read the forum rules carefully before I posted. I was supposed to post this in a different forum. Mods, please feel free to move this.
