I know there are a lot - what are your favorites? I'm starting this thread because I just came across this song by Dominican singer Juan Luis Guerra that quotes freely from the Lachrymosa of Mozart's requiem. Quite unexpected, and I dig it: Others?

Some forums notify you via PM when someone on the forum quotes you or replies to a post of yours. Has TC ever considered a similar system? To be honest it's very convenient.

Of course I have no idea if it's reputable, but there's a quote circling the internet that Stravinsky said of Messiaen: “All you need to write like him is a large bottle of ink.” Did he like modernists at all? I just find it a bit odd since Messiaen was of course influenced by Stravinsky's...
