Ummmm "For each round, the 4 works having the highest scores will advance to the Semi-Finals." I don't know if something's changed, but I count 5 works advancing to semis

Two works were tied for 4th place. I don't do tie-breakers, so 5 advance to Semi-Finals. I've been doing it this way for years, but I guess you never noticed.
