Hi, I heard this piece of modern choral music in an episode of Midsomer Murders, and it's just entrancing. There is only a snippet here, and it may be that it's been chopped up a bit by the editor, but just listen! If anyone knows what it is, I'd love to perform it with my choir!

I live in the fictional county of Midsomer. It’s all filmed around here. Never go to the village fête; never go to the woods on your own; never join any hobby group; never phone someone and say you know something but you can only tell them in person. We’ve survived being here for nearly two years so far.

Someone down the road did get murdered last year, though.

There are at least a dozen films and TV series and several dozen books about fictional serial killers in Iceland.
Iceland’s last real serial killer Axlar Bjorn is believed to have murdered between 9 and 18 people with an axe and dumped their bodies in the pond on his farm.

He was executed in 1596.

This used to be a regular occurrence on TC - someone would open a new account, ask one question (usually about a piece of music which they wanted identifying) and then they'd disappear almost immediately afterwards whether the question was answered or not. I used to privately refer to them as mayflies.
