My last nomination is probably out of contention as it is not commercially available (I think).
Karajan/BPO 1979 (Live Recording: 21st October 1979, Fumon Hall, Tokyo, Japan)

It is my absolute favourite of all versions. Start to finish it shows what a different animal Karajan was "live" than in the recording studio.
