Hi,

I need some help identifying piano sheet music in the attached .zip. I only have pages 2 and 4.

This is for someone hungry for a challenge, I've been trying to do this on and off for years!

The piece itself is rather straightforward; I just don't know the composer/name.

Thank you for your help! View attachment sheet_music 2012-8-12.zip

Facts so far:

(1) A flat major or F minor
(2) "K.198"
(3) >=83 measures
(4) Pages 2 & 4 available

When I saw K.198, I thought either Mozart or Scarlatti, but it was neither of their k.198's, so I thought it was probably just the publisher's catalogue number. I saw the K.*** on some Chopin sheet music I had standing on the piano, and that was a Könemann edition. Searching for Könemann and K.198, I got some vague info about Beethoven and "Kleinere Klavierwerke". Then on imslp.org I found a set of piano sonatas so early they're not included in the usual 32. The second one was in f minor, I looked at the music and it was a match. So:

Beethoven: No.2 in f minor from 3 Sonatas, WoO 47 (1st movement) :D
