That's the Short Sonata in E minor by Breve Secondi.

All three movements are only one note each. The second movement, evidently an adagio, is in the relative major key of G.

It's evidently a real crowdpleaser, but since its premiere has been used mostly as incidental music to fill programs of more well-known composers.
