Holy crap. Deal of a lifetime.
Welcome in the Netherlands, the homeland of Brilliant Classics. For example: Mozart for 10 euro’s. Been on sale for a week and only 9 views at the moment.

Not normally a Tchaikovsky nut[cracker] (sorry bad pun) but I recently found an album of nutcracker highlights I purchased at a yardsale years back. I was surprised how much i enjoyed it. This gave me the itch to find the full thing, and the price of this set (7 discs for a little over $20) was reasonable enough to peak my curiosity. So, will be spinning these.

Just purchased a bigass 70+ disc lot on ebay. I just finished sorting through it and deciding what I'm keeping vs what's going to the thriftshop.

Including:
2 Lohengrins, a 5 disc gotterrdammerung, bernstein performing la boheme, another la boheme and many others.

Ugh, just realized I'm gonna be busy ripping these for months

No CDs this time. This morning the more than 100 year old piano was replaced by a refurbished Yamaha U3 from 1977. Gift for my wife. A week ago after playing and listening in a showroom specifically chose that piano. But I'm also very happy with it even though I can't play a note.

I definitely didn't need this 1970s set of Schoenberg from the London Sinfonietta. I suspect I bought it for reasons of nostalgia - I find 1970s 'stuff' appealing simply because I grew up then - and because it is on vinyl, reinforcing the nostalgia. I have seen it recommended once or twice though and look forward to listening and indulging my seemingly endless appetite for Schoenberg now.

70s vinyl sounds better than most 80s CDs :)

I have these Schoenberg sets from the 60s: I'm unsure why I didn't get volume II ( it was a long time ago !)

I think there is something in that!

You might be interested in the new Robert Craft box from Sony, which has just been released. It includes these (with volume 2!) and many more. Not vinyl, sure, but remastered and with lots of stuff previously not available.

My recent purchases which arrived yesterday and this morning at time of posting:

Adolphe Adam’s Orfa - by Dario Salvi & the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra. I sampled this via streaming and quickly added this to my order. Although I have seen only a little ballet, I have heard and enjoy a surprising amount of music for the medium.

Sibelius’ Lemminkäinen Legends and Tapiola by Leif Segerstam & the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra. This has been on my wish list for a longtime. I really enjoyed Segerstam’s Sibelius works on Naxos and I didn’t have all of the works which form the Lemminkäinen Legends. I have listened to this disc several times since it arrived and I’m really enjoying this.

Schubert’s 8 Symphonies by Karl Böhm & the Berliner Philharmoniker. I had been resistant to Böhm outside of the Opera House for a long time following a 2-disc set of Mozart’s Symphonies. I just did not get on with them and got rid of the discs. Recently, I gave his Beethoven Cycle on DG a listen and to my surprise I enjoyed it enough that it survived my thinning out of Beethoven Symphony Cycles.

Recently I have been streaming his Schubert Symphonies and I have grown to really enjoy these too - enough to buy the set. It doesn’t displace Günter Wand’s RCA Cycle or Abbado’s Chamber Orchestra of Europe Cycle as my favourites but it has made a very strong impression and I am enjoying listening to Böhm’s interpretations.
