"the first movement ventures off from the normal conception of the concerto. Usually, when it comes time for the cadenza at the end of the recapitulation, the soloists will have a cadential trill on the tonic after which the orchestra will play part of the ritornello leading to the I6/4 at which point the soloists performs the cadenza. However, instead of the trill being accompanied by strings, it is interrupted by them on the second beat and ends up resolving to c minor. Shortly thereafter, however, the I6/4 arrives and the cadenza begins and everything continues on as normal."

The finale is excellent (one of my favorite Mozart finales together with K 271, 453, 459, 482 and 491) but overall I'd go with very good to have some space left for the better ones.
It's the best of the 4 concerti with ad libitum winds but this restriction is still enough to put it behind the "woodwind concerti".

I voted "very good" only because I'd have to rate most of the latter PC's as "excellent," and it's only lesser when compared to them. I feel like it would be "excellent" were it in the context of most composers' PCs though. I agree with others about the excellence of the finale, but I also really love the first movement too.
