60 names on the list - Only 4 are needed - As of this post, each player can now only add a single name - Once we reach 64, the selection process will end.

If the choice is between "important, a great one" and "a composer that no one has ever heard of and who will receive zero points and finish in last place" - go with "important, a great one".

Jean-Joseph Cassanéa de Mondonville
Joseph-Nicolas-Pancrace Royer

Probably the top two most important composers of the Baroque era. :devilish:
Yes to de Mondonville - Royer gets tossed - unless someone else chooses him - I set a limit of one selection per player for the last 4 remaining slots in the post right above yours.

61 on the list - 3 more slots open - One selection per player...

John Dowland

I see Dowland as Early Baroque, in spite of Wikipedia. If he's rejected I'd take Giacomo Carissimi instead.
I would prefer to keep Dowland in the Renaissance game as he's one of their star players and I would rather not weaken their side - I'll add the Giacomo Carissimi - Excellent suggestion by the way.

We now have 62 and need 2 more...
