"The Great Songs" is a popular music game thread that will cover the recorded legacy of a group or individual performer(s).

The primary criteria to be used in the selection and eventual voting process are -

Performance - Music - Lyrics

Secondary criteria can include production values utilized within the recording, cultural / historical significance, and your own seemingly inexplicable idiosyncrasies.

If the games are successful, future artists in the pipeline are - The Beatles (Solo Recordings), The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Simon & Garfunkel (Duo plus Solo), Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (Group plus Solo) and others to be determined.

This is the selection thread for "The Great Songs of... THE BEATLES"

You may make up to three selections per calendar day.

No cover tunes are allowed - Only original material.

We will continue making selections until we reach at least a total of 100.

I can extend the game by an additional 25 - 50 to reach a maximum total of 125 - 150 if necessary and this decision will be made by general consensus.
