Welcome to "The Great Songs of... The Beatles" - Semi-Finals - Game 2 of 3
"The Great Songs" is a popular music game thread that will cover the recorded legacy of a group or individual performer(s).
The primary criteria to be used in the selection and eventual voting process are -
Performance - Music - Lyrics
Secondary criteria can include production values utilized within the recording, cultural / historical significance, and your own seemingly inexplicable idiosyncrasies.
The Format -
Three separate groups numbered 1 through 3, containing 17, 17, and 18 songs respectively, entered into a 3 game Semi-Final round with the top 6 from each then advancing to a Final of 18 songs.
The Rules -
1.) You may vote once per calendar day.
2.) You have a total of 20 points to distribute per entry with a maximum of 5 per individual song.
3.) Play will end with the first song to reach 100 points.
4.) The next 5 highest totals will then also move on to the Finals.
Note: You are welcome to comment upon any and all aspects of this competition provided such commentary is directed to this thread -
