Stevie Wonder – Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing (1973)
Stevie Wonder – He’s Misstra Know-It-All (1973) Tori Kelly - Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing (2017)
Three tracks (the 4th, 8th, and 9th) from StevieWonder’s 1973 album Innervisions, his sixteenth, which won Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Best Engineered Non-Classical Album in 1974
Golden Lady wasn’t released as a single, but received considerable radio airplay.
Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing, on the other hand, was the third single released from the album, in 1974, and reached number 16 on the US Billboard Pop chart, number 10 on the Cash Box Top 100, and number two on the R&B chart. Wonder sang all vocals and played all instruments except for some percussion instruments.
Wonder played all instruments except electric bass (played by Willie Weeks) for the last track on the album, He’s Misstra Know-It-All. It was released in the UK, where it managed to reach the top 10, peaking at number eight on the UK Singles Chart.
ToriKelly’s cover of Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing is from the animated film Sing, where she played the part of the Meena the Elephant. Her vocal talents are extraordinary, as well they should be when attempting a cover of a Stevie Wonder song.

There was a Showtune Sing-Off featuring the tune "I'll See You In My Dreams" and this London-based gypsy jazz band with vocalist Irene Serra took all of us by surprise -
This next tune is available as a free download if you send her your email for updates - It's an amazing tune - She can really swing - Highest recommendation possible - So impressed that I went to her website and ordered both of her CDs - even ponied up the extra dough for the autographed version - Brilliant vocalist - Wide tonal colour palette - Superb sense of phrasing - She's the real deal - Cheers!
ID.Entity is the eighth studio album of Polish prog rock band Riverside. Six of the seven predecessors received my "essential" stamp. First spin of this one. Sounds great. As always a second and probably third spin will be required to make up my mind, but so far, so good.
