Hi, For the last 4 years I have desperately tried to work out the composer, piece name and what Minor scale of this particular piece. without devaluing the experience and knowledge of fellow forum members, I do have to say regrettably I doubt many will if any will recognise it. Thank you in advance

Oh. You're feeling ignored and invisible? :)

Sorry I don't read the BBC Documentary. TVs are so passées.

Isn't there a computer programme somewhere which allows you to sample an unknown track, and then generates a likely list of titles from a database?

In any case - you could try getting more replies by posting when the rest of the US wakes up :)

This is a cover version, and a different arrangement, of the better known "Lacrymosa" by a group called "Evanescence"

It is in D melodic minor.

This link you put up, well, the guy shur made it lame its missing the beat n the great vocals by the lead singr and i thnk it iz way too long

[IMHO 'au contraire' does not fit in with trying to appear naive, but fuels the air of patent disingenuousness of your post, which was an attempt at humor, one is to suppose?]

Won't your neighbours be upset?

I usually succeed in upsetting mine by doing long breath holding tone exercises playing the C concert flute in the fourth octave. And with the flute, there is only one note in the fourth highest earpiercing octave
Oh, where is the fun if you can't jerk that neighbor's chain a bit?
